How do I book a taxi with Bracknell Airport Taxis?

You can easily book your ride by using our online booking form. Provide your pickup details, drop-off location, date, and time. Once you submit the form, we’ll confirm your booking and give you the necessary information.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

We understand that flight delays happen, and our drivers track your flight in real time. No matter how long the delay is, we will do everything possible to ensure you are still picked up promptly once your flight arrives. Your driver will be there for you, so there’s no need to worry.

How will I know my driver has arrived?

Your driver will contact you 15 to 20 minutes after your flight lands. Depending on your preferences or the situation, the driver may contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

How experienced are your drivers?

Our drivers are highly experienced and professional. Licensed by Runnymede Council, they know the local and surrounding areas well, ensuring smooth and efficient airport transfers. For your peace of mind, all drivers have passed stringent background checks, including DBS certification.

Do you specialise in airport transfers?

Yes, we specialise in airport transfers to and from all major regional airports. Our service is designed to provide a smooth and reliable journey to your chosen airport.

Where do you pick up from?

We are based in Bracknell and cover everywhere from Henley-on-Thames to Farnham, Slough to Hartley Wintney.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash payments. Payment details will be confirmed with you during the booking process.

How far in advance should I book my taxi?

While we recommend booking as early as possible, we also accept last-minute bookings depending on availability. Early booking ensures we can meet your needs if you have specific requirements, such as a child car seat or a larger vehicle.

What happens if I don't receive a booking confirmation email?

Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive your confirmation email within a few minutes of submitting the booking form. Remember to mark our email address as ‘not spam’ for future communications. If you still don’t see it, don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking at any time. However, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any inconvenience. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.

How much do you charge?

We have fixed tariffs for each airport, so you know exactly where you stand. Prices quoted are for up to four passengers in a car.
